Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

If your newly purchased item doesn't fit you or you didn't received the product you hoped for, we give you the choice of return, unless it is stated otherwise in the product page.
The steps are simple:
1. Just fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the info we need.

2. Then pack it up by using the original received package or any other package and return it in a 40-day window from your purchase date. You are free to use any postal service you prefer or you can contact us in order to schedule a pick-up for you.
3. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfilment of your request. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about. Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there. 

Important Note: Please ensure that the item has no signs of damage or use and your original order receipt or packing slip is included in the box.
 
As for your return, we offer you plenty of decisions:

  • 100% store credit via discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
  • Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. 
  • Exchange with another product. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you. In that case just email us at  info@theurbaniststationery.com
Delivery Cost. All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty.
Note that the order's shipping charge cannot be refunded.
